If you would like to return your items, you can do so within 21 days. Please inform us of your return by emailing returns@fiercedrops.com with your name and order number.

Due to the nature of the items, returns are only possible if the products are unopened, unused and in the original packaging. We will not process returns for any packages that have had their original box opened.

Please note that we cannot accept opened and used products. Once we have checked the products, we will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the return.

Please include a copy of the order confirmation with your return. This will allow us to process it faster and more efficiently.
